Jamia Hamdard eligibility criteria varies course-wise. However, the basic eligibility remains same. Candidates need to pass Class 12 for UG courses and graduation for PG courses. As per the brochure released in the year 2023, candidates seeking admission to BTech must have passed Class 12 exams with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects along with one subject out of the following: CS, Chemistry, or Electronics from CBSE or any other recognised board securing at least 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA. Followed by meeting the eligibility criteria, candidates are required to qualify the Paper-1 of JEE Main exam conducted by NTA. However, in case of delay in the conduct of JEE exam, the deemed-to-be university offers admission on the basis of merit of aggregate percentage in the first five subjects of the qualifying exam, i.e., Class 12.

Jamia Hamdard admission process begins with registration followed by selection round. Below is the step-wise details:STEP 1: Application Process Aspirants meeting the eligibility criteria need to apply online for BBA. Before applying for BBA admission at Jamia, aspirants must fill CUET-UG application form. Candidates can select BBA in the course selection to register for the same. STEP 2: Selection RoundsJamia Hamdard shortlists candidates for BBA programme based on CUET-UG score. If seats are vacant, the admission may be done based on merit of the first five subjects in the qualifying examination. For admission to BBA distance education and Kannur Campus, merit in the last qualifying exam is considered. The university releases a selection list with the names of the shortlisted candidates.STEP 3: Counselling & Admission ConfirmationOnce selected, aspirants have to appear for counselling and document verification.
