If it is written there that you need 50% marks in history subject, and you are from science stream, then you are not eligible for that.

Forms have been out, you have to fill them. There will be an entrance exam. Then merit list will come out and then selection will take place according to your rankings.

No, it's not like that they have some reserved seats for Jamia students like they give some preference to Jamia students, but first you have to clear the entrance test.
