It is quite simple, you have to appear and clear entrance with good marks. If your name is in list, then with all necessary documents you can get yourself registered.

Both universities are good. You can apply for both. You have to crack entrance exam first.

Students, present and past, of the Lucknow University (LU) and associated colleges will now have to shell out 50% more to get their degrees and migration certificates from the university from the new academic session. For the university to issue migration certificate, a student will have to pay Rs. 1,000 as against Rs. 500 charged until now. An ex-student who wants to avail a degree from LU will have to shell out Rs. 1,200 instead of Rs. 600 that had to be paid earlier. Fee for degree fee like previous years is charged only from pass-outs who graduated from the university five years ago or more.
