1 For pursuing MTech Environmental Science and Engineering candidates must have a Bachelor degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Metallurgical, Mining, Agricultural Engineering or any other equivalent and relevant degree in Engineering and Technology only with not less than 60 per cent marks in absolute system or equivalent grade of 6.75 on a 10 point scale.
2 For pursuing MTech Electrical Power System Management candidates should have a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering with not less than 60 per cent marks in an absolute system or a minimum grade of 6.75 on a 10 point scale.
3 For admission in MTech Control and Instrumentation System candidates should have a Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation and Control or Electronics & Communication Engineering with not less than 60 per cent marks in an absolute system or a minimum grade of 6.75 on a 10 point scale.
4. For pursuing MTech Mechanical Engineering Thermal Engineering, MTech Mechanical Engineering Machine Design, MTech Mechanical Engineering Production & Industrial Engineering, candidates must have a first class Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Manufacturing and Automation Engg.
5 For pursuing MTech Earthquake Engineering candidates should have a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with not less than 60 per cent marks in an absolute system or a minimum grade of 6.75 on a 10 point scale.
6 For pursuing MTech Nanotechnology candidates must have a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with not less than 60 per cent marks in an absolute system or a minimum grade of 6.75 on a 10 point scale.

8 For admission in MTech Electronics & Communication Engineering candidates must have a Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering Or equivalent examination with not less than 60 per cent marks in the absolute system or a minimum grade of 6.75 on a 10 point grade.

Candidates holding MFA degree may find careers as craft or fine artists, multimedia artists, actors, art directors, art teachers or writers. Students studying for this degree usually pursue majors like ceramics, creative writing, graphic design, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, studio art, theater or art education. Jamia Millia Islamia offers Master of Fine Arts in various disciplines such as Painting, Sculpture, Applied Arts, Art Education, Graphic Art, Print Making and Art History and Art Appreciation. The eligibility criteria are different for all the specialisations. For admission to MFA Painting, Sculpture and Applied Arts, candidates must have a BFA degree in the same subject with at least 60 per cent marks from a recognised university. For pursuing MFA in Art Education, Graphic Arts, Print Making, candidates must have BFA degree with 60 per cent marks and for MFA Art History and Art Appreciation candidates must have BFA or B.A. (Hons) in Humanities with at least 60% marks. The criteria for the Jamia Millia Islamia basketball sports quota are as follows:
1. You must have competed for your country, region, state, or international basketball team.
2. If you have played basketball at the university level, then the tournaments must be organized by the Association of Indian Universities.
3. You need to download the application form attached with the admission notice.
4. You have to fill out this form and submit it with a demand draft of Rs. 100 at the university.
5. A trial slip will be given to you, which you must bring to the sport trial. According to your performance, the committee will prepare a merit list of qualified students. (b) Delhi University's requirements for admission under the sports quota are as follows:
1. If you played basketball for India in certain competitions, you can get direct admission without a sports trial.
2. These games are the Asian Games, Asian Championships, South Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, World Cup, Olympic Games, and Paralympic Games.
3. If not, you must participate in sports trials in order to be admitted.
4. You will have to register on the official website of DU.
5. You need to upload your sport Certificate along with the application form.
6. A maximum of 40 marks will be taken into account for the sport Certificate. You must receive at least 30 out of the 60 marks in the sports trials in order to qualify for admission to DU under the sports quota.
