National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, Srinagar offers various types of programmes/courses. It offers non-formal programmes that include O/A/B level courses for which admission is done based on online registration wherein candidates must clear the NIELIT entrance exam to complete the course. NIELIT, Srinagar also offers university courses BCA, MCA, BSc IT, MSc IT, PGDCA etc. That is affiliated with the University of Kashmir. Admission to these university courses at the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, Srinagar is done basis on merit and university rules (mostly University entrance tests).
