You can pursue B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic)from IGNOU under there Jammu regional center.
Some other college/university which you can look into offering this course are:
Acharya Shri Chander Institute of Nursing Education, Jammu
Sher-I-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Srinagar
University Of Jammu, Jammu
It would be advisable that you get in touch with them directly for information regarding distance/corresponding course in B.Sc in nursing.

Go for MANIT for CS in a flash. CS is the top branch in terms of placement and opportunities at present. With NITS, tag your resume becomes a lot better.
