Hi payal, it will not affect you in MS admission somehow but passing the 12th class without any compartment is another option and also priority for Taking admission but according to me I think that more than your marksheet your skills and knowledge matters at the ground level, so keep on Enhancing your skills and knowledge and you are unstoppable. No, your previous marks do not affect your admission process in top B school but condition is that you have to give your best in entrance exam of that B school with outstanding marks and pass their interview then only you can get admission if your class 12th marks are less. So, you have to prepare well for entrance exam. Moreover, Maths is not compulsory for business study, so you can prepare easily.

As you said that you failed in 1sub in 12th class it will affect you in the top colleges admission and gap year will also affect your admission process but if you scored good in CAT you can get admission for MBA.

Candidates must have a recognised Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
The minimum aggregate required for reserved category is 45%. Backward classes and Person with Disability (PwD) belonging to Maharashtra state also need a minimum of 45% aggregate.
