Admission requirements vary from course to course and also on the university. In Japan, some in some M.Sc cases GMAT scores may be required while in some courses GRE scores may be required or may not require GMAT or GRE. Applicants must have obtained a certificate of Japanese Proficiency Language Test with a minimum of level 1 or 2, you must also take the IELTS. You should check the university/department website for details on admission criteria. After you graduate you will be allowed to apply and work as a full time employee just like any Japanese student.Check with the Japanese immigration website or the university for this.
For France too, M.Sc programmes typically don't require GMAT or GRE but an IELTS score. For PSW in France read this:

Admissions Requirements:
Students should have graduated from a recognised university or are expected to do so in the same session. Alternatively, applicants must have completed 16-years of formal school education overseas with an equivalent qualification.
Official transcripts of the essential qualifications and examinations taken at the last attended school or college need to be submitted.
Certified copies of the certificates, degrees, and diplomas awarded at the last institution should also be provided.
Proof of Japanese language proficiency by taking the Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) test and submitting the score card. Students who have previously taken the test and secured above 360 points are exempted from taking the test again. Similarly, candidates who have qualified the level one of the Japanese language proficiency exam conducted by Japan Educational Exchanges and Services are also exempted.
Proficiency of English language should be provided by sitting in any standardized English tests, such as TOEFL, TOEIC, or IELTS, and supplying the score card, along with the application.
An updated resume highlighting the previous work experience (if any), hobbies, interests, reasons for choosing Japan, and future personal and career goals is a must.
Letters of recommendation from the originating university's president, department head, or academic advisor is required.

Academic Calendar
Higher education institutions in Japan follow the semester system for an academic year. Each academic calendar consists of two semesters, starting in April and ending in March of the following year. The first semester runs from April through September, while the second semester lasts from October to March.
