You must be very clear with the kind of jobs you want. Japan, no doubt, is a top country for mechanical engineers. Knowledge of Japanese language will be a must. Instead of a course, you should gain some work experience of at least a year or two and apply for jobs in Japan or any foreign country. Job related training programs are always available later. Make yourself qualified and very competitive first. Refer to job portals and check the profiles.

Check universities offering programs in English or learn the native language. You may check QS world ranking for university positions in these countries and visit their websites. Check National Central University in Taiwan, Keio University Japan, Waseda University Japan and ITMO University. Kindly, check the admission requirements on their websites and apply accordingly.

You can consider Cornell University USA, University of East Anglia UK, University of Nottingham UK, Washington State University US, University of Georgia, Kyushu University and Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding.
