Eligibility criteria for MA in Japanese from Doon University is as below:
Graduate in any stream with Chinese or Spanish or Japanese or German language as one elective subject or Diploma in any of these languages from a recognized University/institution with minimum 50 % marks (45 % for SC/ST from Uttara hand).
If you fulfill this requirements , you can apply for the course.

Yes, of course you should learn Japnese, if possible to grow your career. Engineers from the city often have opportunities, make work trips to Japan and vice versa.
