Online course will not affect your curriculum. I recommend you to go for UDEMY. In this, you have just make a purchase of video where you will get all the help even if you face a problem in between. Yes, you can pursue M.Sc. in IT from LPU. It is better to learn Java from any other languages and it would be better if you learn it from any reputed Institute.

Mba is definitely not dependent on java or tally. java is for computer software engg. tally is for accounting guys. if u know them then its good else in mba dere is no use
