UGC NET for Sciences and other subjects demands a Post-Graduation and an OG Diploma, which is not equivalent to Post Graduation / M.Tech or M.Sc. Degree is not accepted. You should pursue a PG Degree like M.Tech or M.Sc. And then apply for NET-UGC Test.

if you've interested in programming language, go for BCA Diploma or certificate in software,. NET Java advance, you can do it along with your Degree programs such as B.Com bfm, BMS etc. Regards.

Those interested in IT, do some programming courses and projects.
Those interested in embedded, do some embedded course and projects.
Those interested in telecom opt for courses like those in CETTL (MTNL) and get hands-on telecom environment.
Those interested in networking opt for CISCO type courses.

Yes, Python is more productive language than Java. Python is an interpreted language with elegant syntax and makes it a very good option for scripting and rapid application development in many areas.
Python is a dynamically typed programming language where there is no necessity of declaring variables whereas Java is a statically typed programming language wherein variables are to be explicitly declared. Python code is much shorter, even though some Java class shell is not listed. This might be one reason why Python can be more productive.

No, it will not be beneficial for you to pursue digital marketing after doing Java and PHP. You just try out some projects and then try for some private jobs in IT industry.
