The total seat intake for BArch is 80. The college provides seat to candidates after selection. Admission to BArch course is based on JEE Main Paper-2 or NATA score. Candidate should be an Indian National and have domicile of Maharashtra state and/ or born in the Maharashtra state to apply for BArch course of JNEC Aurangabad. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics can apply for BArch course. Aspirants who have pass Class 10 along with a three-year Diploma with Mathematics as a subject are also eligible. The total tuition fee for BArch is INR 1.50 lakh. The fee excludes hostel charges and other admission components. Aspirants are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. The selection to BArch course will be based on JEE Main paper-2 or NATA score. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission. Candidates can pay the registration fee via any of the online payment mode.

Admissions to JNEC for all of its offered courses is completely entrance-based. Students must clear the relevant entrance exam and obtain a valid score in order to secure a seat at the college. The college accepts national and state-level tests such as NATA, JEE Mains, PERA-CET, GATE, MHT-CET, etc. The college also accepts scores obtained in MGM-CET conducted by MGM University.
