However, to keep records, I will say that best way for this is to download the college predictor for this CET from Shiksha and after feeding your ranking etc. , you will get fair idea as to where you stand

I think petroleum engineering is at a beginner level. It's just open but do not run successfully. That's why they don't show in the official website.

Yes you can definitely get a seat into it as you have scored a good rank.

It all now depends on the cutoff so you better check their official website regularly.

With this rank, even in the SC category it is tough to get a seat in top institutes. The Cut-offs of JNTU Kakinada and JNTU Anantapur are under 1000 for SC category. You have not mentioned your branch and hence the above cutoff which I have mentioned is according to all branches.
