The admissions in Dual degree courses B.Tech+M.tech at JNU are based on ranks obtained in JEE-Main. Hence the eligibility criteria is similar to NITs, IITs and GFTIs. 10+2 with minimum 75% of marks(For General category) or should in top 20 percentile of respective educational boards.

JNU as an Institution is the most Democratic place in India. It allows you to write your answers in either languages (I. e Hindi and English). Some people might object that if it is that much democratic, why don't it allows to write Answers in all 22 languages mentioned in Schedule 8 of Indian constitution. You can visit the official website of these universities regularly to know the dates. However, most of the admission notification will come in March-April every year so keep your eye there. For Jamia specifically, Ph.D. admission notification comes two times a year summer session in March and Winter session in August-September.

Hi,
Yes, you can apply for M.Sc from JNU or any other universities in Delhi provided that you have a minimum of 50% score. But, JNU has not reputed college.
