JNU 2020 Eligibility Criteria for B.A. (H) Arts
Candidates appearing for JNU admission must have completed Senior School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45 per cent marks. Candidates who are waiting to appear in Senior School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent examination are also eligible to apply.

You will have to check the prospectus of the course provided by the college to know more about eligibility criteria. But JNU is not a good university.

For example, 8,565 candidates applied for B.A. (honours) French which has 48 seats, while B.A. (honours) German received 6,945 applications for its 48 seats. In the sciences, physics, environmental Science, life Science and geography all received over 5,000 applications.
