Hi, JNU doesn't provide B.Sc in biotechnology. The only courses available are M.Sc. Biotechnology and Ph.D. in Biotechnology.

Placement is good if you compare it with tier 2 colleges. But I'd suggest to join some technical colleges. The reason for this is pretty simple JNU provides research oriented atmosphere while in some technical college you may get better technical exposure and chance to sit for big companies which doesn't visit JNU.

Dear Huda,
The link below is descriptive to your query. It gives you ample idea about the pattern, syllabus and question paper. I suggest you to download the model question paper and solve the questions to get an better idea about the exam pattern. Please note there is negative marking for the entrance exam. It is mostly MCQ based questions and not descriptive ones.

For DU entrance exam, I would recommend you to go through Bachelor of Economics honours syllabus of Delhi University. It will help you a lot and for JNU, I am not very sure but I think the syllabus is almost the same because many of the students from Delhi University who have done their Bachelor's degree from Delhi University go to JNU.
