MSIT is better than the JIIT College, as MSIT is older and have a goodwill in the corporate world and hence the students of this college receives this benefit at the time of placements.

Both of these colleges are well enough, but I will suggest you to choose Thapar University, because it has high packages, excellent faculty members.

KIET is better than the JIIT, as this college will provide you many good facilities and also the labs of this college is quite good, plus there is time to time regular competitions that are held to improve the students coding skills.

Yes, there is scholarship in JIIT, Noida but only a very few get that because there are certain criterias such as: CGPA, annual income and many more which have least probability to be fulfilled.

Yes, you can opt for CSE in sector 128 if you are not getting CSE in sector 62. The scope for CSE in both the JIITs is good and you can get a good placement if you are upto the benchmark in terms of knowledge. Additionally, if you are a day scholar then that is fine but if you are a hosteller then you must know that the hostel's occupancy is in sector-62 only.
