This Institute is supported by Jaypee industries and as per my information, the infrastructure is very good. Just have no worries on this aspect.

As per your rank in JEE, your chances for getting any NITs are nil, however, you may look forward for the colleges like Thapar University, LNMIT and JIIT Noida. You may get some good branches there.
All the best.

If you are interested in both the branches, I would suggest you to move forward with LNMIT as it is very well balanced and comes in one of the top private engineering colleges of India.

JIIT, Noida is better than Punjab University in terms of environment, better studies and good placements, and also as per latest NIRF ranking it secured 54th position.

Your rank is far beyond the required rank to get JIIT-Noida, try for other colleges through other exams.
All the best.
