JIIT Noida offers admission to its B.Tech programme through the JEE Main entrance exam as well as the 10+2 merit-based admission process. Based on your score of 95% in PCM in 2020 CBSE boards, you may be eligible for admission to JIIT Noida through the merit-based admission process. However, admission to the CSE programme is highly competitive, and the cutoff for admission through the merit-based process may vary each year depending on the number of applicants and their scores. It is recommended that you check the institute's admission criteria and cutoffs for the current academic year and apply accordingly

Good courses are offered in CSE at Bennet and ECE in Jaypee Sector 62. But it depends on your hobbies and professional objectives. While CSE is more concentrated on computer Science engineering, ECE is more concentrated on electronics and communication engineering. The course can be chosen based on your interests and potential job paths in the future.

Both institutions are highly ranked in India. According to the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), JIIT is ranked 82nd among all engineering colleges in India, and Bennett University is ranked 151-200th among engineering institutions. So on the basis of placement, college rankings, hostel and other facilities, I will say that Jaypee overpowers Bennett. Therefore go with Jaypee Institute of Information Technology Sector 62 over Bennett University.

Getting admission totally depends on the AIR. Getting admission in- (round about rank range)
Sector 62: You need to have rank in 1u2013100/130K. Sector 128: You need to have rank in 130K-220K. This range also depends on the number of applicants. If you have more bumber of applicants in the first range then seats would fill up fast. Likewise for the second one. So admission depends on - your rank, number of registrations and most important luck. All the best. ;). .
