All universities that you mentioned are recognized by AICTE, New Delhi. Without AICTE recognition any institution cannot become a university.

JECRC University is comparatively better other than this you can try Manipal, IIS University and VGU-Jaipur.

This is tough to say that, but any college will not get the admission expect JEE or any CET at least you have to qualifying any exam to get the admission. Another option is management quota, but for that, you have to pay donation.
