Go to the college predictor link provided by Shiksha.com.
You will get to know the available options for you. Personally, I would suggest you google about JAC counselling of Chandigarh and Punjab. These are the counsellings for the gov. and private colleges of Chandigarh and Punjab through Mains score. But for this, you need to fill a separate form of these. It will be out in mid-June.

Hi MC,
It depends on the cutoff but you should be pass in each subject as if any of them is left failed then you would not be eligible for qualifying the paper.

Hello Boby, What perhaps you mean is scope of electrical engineering. Right? This branch is one of the oldest branches of engineering and even today it has tremendous potential. So if you are interested, then it's definitely good choice. Just do not worry.

If your JEE Mains marks are good then apply for state counseling. Although there are still some colleges who give admission on the basis of JEE Advanced marks. Check for such institute and assure your seat there.

As you told that you have interest in every field I think you are an all-rounder. Jokes apart, all these courses are professional courses. You can't do this and that, and my best opinion is that choose as per your interest. And choose wisely. At this rank and mark, you can't get IIT.

This year, IITs will have at least 14% of girls. If the number of girls through regular counselling will be less than 14%, then IIT will increase the no. of seats for a girl. But, it is the matter of chance. So, considering no special reservation for girls, I think you will get some moderate IITs, such as Gandhinagar and Mandi.
