As you are aware, the National Testing Agency NTA conducts the JEE exam for admission to premium IITs. The JEE Main Result 2022 has been released, and the cutoff is usually of two types: qualifying and admission. Hi Ashish, in order to get the IIT tag you need to pursue your B.Tech from an IIT. To be on safe side and to get a good branch try to score atleast 120+ marks in JEE advance though EWS cutoff last year was around 56 marks. But try to score atleast 120+ marks to get a good branch in a good IIT.

Hi Dinesh, based on previous year marks vs rank it can be anticipated that you need to secure somewhere around 150-165 marks (general category). But predicting exactly is simply not possible because it depends upon the toughness of paper and on the type of students appearing in the paper.

Yes you can give the JEE Advanced in year 2023. The eligibility criteria of JEE Advanced is given below. Eligibility criteria :
1. For JEE Advanced 2022, candidates who had appeared in the class 12th exams or other equivalent exams in or before 2020 are not eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced exam.
2. Candidates can only give the JEE Advanced exam twice in consecutive years. This rule holds irrespective of them failing or passing the exam.

JEE Advance examination conducted once in a year and rank in that examination consider for admission. I think you are asking about consecutive two attempts given by a candidate in advance examination and about best of them, so I want to clear you that your rank of each year will consider only in that year for taking admission in college, it will not count in next attempt or year.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Generally for most of the university the criterion is you should have minimum of 65% marks in overall and in mathematics and in PCM is required to take admission in B.Tech degree course. For reserved candidates the percentage varies from 50% to 65% according to the university. If you have very low percentage and you are worrying about admission in B.Tech then contact with the institution where you want to take admission or contact in the university under which you want to take admission they will provide you the exact criterion for taking admission in B.Tech according to that particular university under

Dear MV, Yes, if you prepare effectively and according to a strategy, you can always pass the JEE Advanced exam. Getting into IIT is most certainly not impossible. It is necessary to fall into a category where you are married, have a decent ranking, and meet the quota requirements for OBC NCL students at various IITs. Utilize the time you have left before the exam to review your weak areas and attempt to give a mock exam so you can determine which areas you need to focus on improving in order to perform better. I wish you well.
