It's always good to give yourself a fair and proper attempt if you want that you should not feel regret in life for the cause. If you didn't took a drop and in sometime in life you felt that you can do that at that time, then you will feel regret for that. So, it's my advice that you should take atleast one proper drop in which your everything will be of JEE and IIT, nothing more or less than that.

The minimum mark required in JEE Advanced for ECE in any of the IITs is 150. But it totally depends on the college. If your marks meet the eligibility criteria then you will get the best college. So don't think about minimum marks.
