Yes, you can appear for the JEE examination, if you have cleared the cutoff and if you have not any category certificate then you need to appear as a general category student.

JEE Mains cutoff 2020, general 81, obc-ncl 49.
32 for sc and 27 for st
so you can sit for JEE advance.

Hii vaibhav JEE Advanced AAT 2020 will be conducted by IIT Delhi on June 12, 2020,. candidate who wish to apply for B.Arch they have to qualify this exam.

No, you cannot be eligible for JEE Advanced by this much percentile you need to score more percentile in order to eligible for JEE Advanced you must know focus on the upcoming Mains in April to get a good score and be eligible for JEE Advanced.
