You can go with any of the top IITs for pursuing your B.Tech if the rank you mentioned is your CLR. You cannot get CSE in top IITs but can get in other IITs.

Hello,
The JEE Advanced counselling procedure will start just after the result. JEE Advanced counselling will start in the month of June 2019 and the result of JEE Advanced exam is expected to be declared on 14th June 2019. So, those who have appeared in the exam should be updated with the latest notifications and dates.

As far as mere prediction is concerned about JEE Advanced cut off 2019 then yes, one can predict anything. However, prediction is actually no use as reality is something one has to face. Students can take a reference from previous year cut off trend. I am here sharing you the JEE Advanced cut off 2018:
Common rank list -90

Your marks is average. There is a less possibilities to get good IIT, but you qualified JEE Advanced. So, you don't have to worry, because you definitely to take admission in any good college which provides good package.

It is better to wait for the rank. Until the rank come it is very hard to guess. Once the rank come it will be very easy to guess whether you will get it or not.

There are less chances for you to get admission in any of the IITs as your score is quite good, but not sufficient to get into IITs. Use the rank predictor to know your rank and if you are under top 8000, you can get a good IIT with good branch.
