Yes, if you have qualified the JEE Mains as per your category, then you are eligible to take give JEE advance. As you have scored 70% in CBSE board, so it's okay. But now, it depends on your category from which you belongs to, because each category has different cut offs. If you are from OBC NCL, then you are qualified for JEE advance. Rest depends on your category.
