- Make a fixed schedule
- Make a list of books and notes and study material you want to prepare from
- Make a complete sight on the syllabus for exams
- Check out :

- Ask to your teachers if you get any doubt
- Do prepare a list of formulas and basic concepts for quick revision

Placements are really good. There is not a single day when the Training and Placement office is empty. Once the placement season starts in August, companies offering really good packages keep coming till July end. If you are good at what you like and what the companies demand, you are sure to get a good job. But, this is valid mostly for IT jobs. Very few core companies visit the campus. The placement officer is more interested in improving the statistics rather than understanding what the students are interested in. Most of them end up with an IT job irrespective of their branch. Research - 2/10

These are the steps required to be followed for getting admission into IIT Bombay:
Firstly, aspirants need to qualify JEE Main. Top 2.4 lakh students who clear JEE Main will be eligible for JEE Advanced.
Step 2: If aspirants clear the first stage i.e. JEE Main, they need to appear for JEE Advanced. Admissions will be based on the rank acquired in JEE Advanced.
Step 3: After JEE Advanced results are declared, students need to appear for JoSAA online counselling.
The 2018 cutoff for CSE branch was opening rank 1 of first round and closing rank of 59 at round 7.
