Yes Rahul, you are eligible for JEE Advanced. Qualifying cutoff for JEE Advanced is nearly 70-75% as per the sources.

Hi Priya,
As your percentile is 66 in your category and to qualify for JEE Mains that is to be eligible for JEE advance minimum percentile needed is 74 percentile. So, you are not eligible for the JEE advance.
