JEE Advanced examination is yet to be conducted this year on 27 May 2019. IIT Roorkee holds the responsibility for conducting the exam in computer-based mode. Candidates who have cleared JEE Main will only be allowed to sit for JEE Advanced. So, it is too early to answer if you will get admission in IIT or NIT with 70 marks in JEE Advanced examination. It totally depends on the cut-off marks for different categories. Though generally, SC, ST, OBC students do get admissions into IIT with these marks. With approximately one month remaining for the exam, you should be focusing on revision and giving online mock tests series because the exam will also be in computer-based mode. As per the JEE Main 2019 Eligibility Criteria which is written in the information brochure released by National Testing Agency NTA for appearing in the JEE Main examination, there is no age limit for the candidates. Candidates who have passed XII examination in 2017, 2018 or appearing in 2019 irrespective of their age can appear in JEE Main examination 2019. The candidates should also satisfy themselves about their fulfilling the age limit requirements of the Institutes in which they are desirous of taking admission. Year of Appearance in Qualifying Examination (QE):- Only those candidates who have passed their Class 12th Examination or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2017 or 2018; or those who are appearing in their Class 12th Examination or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2019 are eligible to appear in April 2019 JEE (Main)-2019 Examination. Candidates who passed Class 12th/Qualifying examination in 2016 or before as well as those who will appear in such examination in 2020 or later are not eligible to appear in JEE Main 2019. Those candidates who have appeared in JEE Main January 2019 examination, are also eligible to appear in JEE (Main)-April 2019.

You will get complete details about the exam and how you should tackle the paper in CBT Mode. Secondly, you should switch from giving offline mock exams to online exams so that you are prepared for the actual exam without being nervous. You can take help from Etoosindia.
