You can not predict the model or maximum marks for which the advanced exam will be set. You are talking about robotic engineering!
There is no such specified branch. You need to take a 5 year integrated course of CS+robotics. Or you need to complete b tech in CS or ECE and then take up a post graduation course (MS or M.Tech) in robotics. Anyways, first start preparing well for the exam. You are interested in a branch which is the most preferred. So you need to be ready to face immense competition.

It's nice to see your percentile at 63. But whether you will get a chance to appear for JEE Advanced or not will be decided only after the second set of JEE Mains exams are conducted by the newly constituted NTA. This is so because some students can appear second time and best of the two scores will be selected to decide the merit list. Hence my advice is be patient and wait for the results of the second set of exams in April. In the meantime, you may also think of appearing in April again to improve your percentile that would be a better course of action to take.
