The Answer to your Question is no. There is no other exam rather than JEE Advanced to get Admission in IITs for B.Tech. You have to qualify JEE Mains to give JEE Advanced. And, you have to score well in JEE Advanced and get a good Rank to get an IIT of your choice and a branch of your choice.

I feel this is enough for scoring 60+ but you must be completely known with these books and the questions in it. Moreover, there are many big books for reference, if you are gonna write this year you won't be able to complete atleast half of those books of RD Sharma, etc. Well, these are very good for reference.
