One of the top colleges under the exam of UPSEE is Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow. So do prefer that.
Apart from that, your is excellent. So you can easily get admission in any of the colleges. Congratulations for that.

No, once you have locked your choices you would not be able to change them. However, you have the option of freeze, float and slide once you get any seat in any round. (A) Freeze: Candidates accept the offered seat and indicate that they are content with the allocated academic programme and that they do not want to participate in further rounds of seat allocation. Such candidates will NOT be considered in subsequent rounds of admission. According to the latest cut-off of JEE Advanced 2018. In OBC category, you should score a minimum aggregate of 114 marks I. e. minimum 11 marks in each subject.
