There is no state quota during admission in IIT colleges. On the contrary, there is 50% quota for home state board students. I mean state is no matter. Your class 12th board state is included.

You can follow some tips and tricks to score good marks in the exams:
- Make a fixed schedule.
- Make a list of books and notes and study material you want to prepare from.
- Make a complete sight on the syllabus for exams.
- Mark the important topics and read them first.
- Ask to your teachers if you get any doubt.
- Do prepare a list of formulas and basic concepts for quick revision.
- Solve previous year questions for practice.
- Stay positive and work by heart. Don't waste a single minute.

Here are the language options for JEE:
The JEE Main paper is printed predominantly in 2 languages viz. English and Hindi. The examination center cities for JEE in Gujarat, Daman and Diu, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli have a third option of Gujarati. Therefore, we can say that Main paper comes in a total of 3 languages namely, English, Hindi and Gujarati, where Gujarati option is region limited. The paper for those candidates opting for English language for JEE will come completely in English, but the candidates opting for Hindi will get the paper in both English as well as Hindi. There are only two language options for JEE Advanced I. e. e

Yes, you can get sufficient marks in JEE Mains and Advanced by practicing with this books. But to get higher rank you have to practice more.
