I am very happy that you are dreaming and dreaming big. IIT Mumbai is the top draw for Aeronautical Engineering branch.
Regular studies, exercise and pranayama are the best thing in achieving your dreams. Plan a schedule that covers all this every day. Take mock tests. May be join a coaching institute. These will teach you how to answer quickly. That's it.
Best wishes.

Syllabus for 12th board, JEE Mains and JEE Advanced is almost same. What is different is the way questions are set. If you work on your concepts during board exam preparation, then your 75% preparation for JEE is over.

It's very nice to know your dreams. One year is more than enough. You must firstly plan for following. Time for each subject every day. Time for exercise, pranayam and yoga every day. Time for relaxing activity like singing, listening or playing a musical instrument. After few months, take mock tests every fortnight. In the end some exposure to coaching classes. They will teach you how to answer quickly in exam.

The rank list would be prepared in the same way as the CRL (common rank list). But, only the candidates under this category would be considered.
They could be categorized based on the marks scored in each section.
In JEE, the person with higher marks in maths, would be placed in a higher rank and after that physics followed by chemistry.

All the coaching institutes are best if you really work hard. Every year toppers can be seen to come from different coaching institutes. So, coaching institute really doesn't matter a lot.
But as a suggestion, you can join the FIITJEE coaching classes, as they provide a considerable amount of effort in getting students ready for the exams. Moreover, one can go to Allen, Resonance, Aakash, etc.
