Cengage Publication's books on JEE Advance are the best for preparing for JEE Advanced mathematics as they provide enormous varieties of questions and quality ones including the past JEE questions with solutions. You can also look for top coachings like Allen, FIITJEE study material which is easily available in the market for questions and theory.

This was the required cutoff for JEE Advanced 2017.

With this rank, most of the aspirants chose mechanical and electrical branches.
So, for mechanical, IIT Kanpur and Kharagpur are best.
And for electrical, IIT Kharagpur and Roorke are best. It is INR 196000 per year (only tuition fees)
It Is through my contacts of a guy who allows admission through this quota.

With this rank, you will get admission in newly opened IITs.
So, you should go for IIT-Ropar, IIT-Gandhinagar, IIT-Bhilai, as these IITs were introduced 6-8 years back.

So, your JEE advance rank will not help you to get into NIT.

You are allowed to appear for JEE Advanced the same times as JEE Mains, so you can appear at max. for 3 times. If your score is above the cut-off for JEE Advanced, you will surely be allowed to appear for the exam. And, approx cut-off is around 100-120 marks maximum.
