As you haven't cleared the cutoff score of JEE Advanced, you wont be alloted any rank. However you are eligible for JoSAA counselling.

Your 12th marks are good but JEE Mains score is insufficient to take admission in good NIT but you can try in JOSSA counselling if your luck is good so, you can get an NIT or IIIT.

If you belong to general category, you will not get a good branch in any IIT. Perhaps, you can get in good NITs in electrical, mechanical and civil engineering branches. Find out in which of the three branches you like the most by reading about the subjects that are taught in the branches, like if you like mechanical, you may get admission in NIT Surat, the best for Mechanical branch in India. Unfortunately, you cannot get any branch in any IIT if you have secured 22 k rank unless you belong to any reserved castes. Try searching for colleges on the basis of your JEE Mains rank, click on the link given below to know more
