Hello Madhu,
First of all get good books of all the subjects. Try clearing all the concepts that you find a little bit tough. Immense practice is what one requires to crack IIT - JEE. Solve various question papers every now and then, try finding questions that require a multi-step approach to solve. In case of any difficulty, ask your doubts, it is necessary to have your doubts cleared. Once you master a topic, solve as many tough questions as you can. You cannot get any college with 18943 rank because there are only 11k seats across 23 IITs.

If this is your rank in JEE Advanced under general category then you can get mechanical engineering in an IIT. You may not get IIT Bombay, Madras, etc. but you may get Mandi, Jammu, etc.
These are also good IITs and they are better to study.
BITS Pilani is really costly so if you get any IIT then drop BITS Pilani. If you can take loan and if you don't want an average IIT then go for BITS Pilani.

Yes, it may affect the cutoff for JoSAA. As you have mentioned the cutoff for MANIT was 2500 for SC category. It may go up to 500 which means the cutoff can go up to 2000 (SC category).

Hello,
The result will be shown for JEE Advanced examination with respect to your performance but you will not be eligible to get admission as your overall percentage and the aggregate marks in PCM will not be 75%.

As per your marks your, you are not qualified to take JEE Advanced exam, but as per your JEE Mains marks, you can get an average college. It will be hard to get a good NIT. Try for CSE in Bangalore's private colleges because it will be better than some low-grade NIT.
