Sorry to say, but you haven't cleared JEE Advanced required cutoff.
So, there are no chance of getting admission in any of the IIT.
I hope you understand my point.

Sorry to say, but 96 marks would not help you to fetch any of the IIT.
However, you can enroll for preparatory courses offered by IIT at this stage.
Best of luck.

You can't get any good college at this marks. Most of the engineering colleges provide admission on the basis of JEE Mains rank/marks. You can visit Shiksha website to predict your college according to your marks.

Yes, you can. But, it depends on the other students of your category. I will suggest you to wait for the spot round or last round. You may get lower branches.

No, you must have to take JEEADV, and if I am not wrong, you should score minimum 20% marks in JEEADV to get shortlisted for selection. Though with that percentage, it may not be possible for you to get a seat. You should go through the admission guidelines of IIST for clarification.

Hello Shashank,
No, it will be not considered by rounding off, you need a proper 75% marks to get admission in any IIITs, however, your rank will be shown up but you will not get admission.
