Hello Rehan Khan,
Yes, surely it is possible to crack JEE in one year. Actually one year is really long time for JEE Mains but not for JEE Advanced.
JEE main involves some basic concepts when compared to JEE Advanced.
To crack JEE Mains, solve many problems including previous year questions and attend more mock tests. If you are good in chemistry, then you can easily score a lot.
Read all concepts and solve as many problems in each chapter as you can.
For JEE Advanced, you need to read all the concepts well. The number of questions are less but it is very difficult to attempt at least one single question.
