Since there should be clarity on, who can be considered for counselling and who is free to go elsewhere. So 36500 candidates have barely cleared the minimum criteria to be eligible for counselling. Admissions will be given to only top 10,000 students who wish to be enrolled in any course at IITs.

You need to qualify first in JEE Advanced. You need to score more than the cutoff score so to get a call from IITs.

7.5 % is a very low score I think.You won't get any colleges with this score. You need to work hard and score good marks.

Nope dear, your score is not enough for admission into IITs. You need to score more in JEE Advanced to get into IITs.

For general category the cut off is 100. For OBC it's 70. So you need to score above this cutoff to be eligible for JEE Advanced examination.
