No it's not compulsory 2 appear in jee advanced.
If u doesn't want 2 try 4 IITs. then leave it. it's not necessary. 4 u. .

You are eligible for bits . but for jee advanced ur eligibilty will depend on ur jee main score that whether u have cleared the cutoff of 100/360 or not

Yes, there is a relaxation for SC and ST of 5% .So ,70% for SC and ST .But when we talk about percentile it decreases rapidly with decrease in percentage, such about 56.33 percentile for 70%.

if you belong to sc /st category then your category rank is below 100 and you will get good iit with decent branch . one of my friend score 150 in jee adv. get electrical engineering at IIT kanpur . for open i can't give information .

Focus on learning the frundamentals i.e the theory behind the laws and then practice by writing and by solving as many questions a possible. Ask a friend to put up questions for you and then discuss the answers. that will be mutually beneficial also.
