Yes. Persons having less than 40% disability and having difficulty in writing can apply or scribe in JEE Advanced. These candidates would also be required to upload the requisite certificate duly signed by a competent Medical Authority. The formats for the request letter, and person with less than 40% disability and having difficulty in writing certificate are given in the JEE Advanced information brochure.

As per the JEE Advanced eleigibility for admisison to any IIT, candidates must have 75% marks in class 12 or must belog to top 20 percentile of successful candidates in their respective Class XII (or equivalent) board examination.The top 20 percentile calculation will be done for all the required subjects in a single academic year only. The answer is Yes and No. You do not need any minimum marks in class 12 to apply for JEE Advanced. BUT, you will need minimum of 75% marks to take admission in any one of the IITs. You will not be given admission to any IIT even of you have qualified JEE Advanced by do not have minimum 75% in class 12 boards. A candidate must have passed class XII (or equivalent) Board examination with a minimum of five subjects (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, a language and any subject other than the previous four) and secured at least 75% aggregate marks. The marks obtained by a candidate must be at a competitive level at IIST-Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology for granting admission. Required marks to take admission to the college keep varying each year considering factors like applicant number, examination level of toughness, and vacant seats available in that academic session. You can choose up to 6 exam centers in JEE Advanced 2025 application form based on your zone-wise preference. So choose the preferred centers of your choice while filling the form.
