First start with your the strongest subject then review that subject in 5 minute attempt only that questions in which you are 100% sure then move to the second prioritised subject. After completing this for all the three papers go for some medium level questions. Please note to not over attempt questions, as even 4 negative marks can degrade your college by, many folds.

You are trying to solve JEE level question, but you face problems in doing that. First of all you check that your concept about that particular area is clear or not? If you are sure that your concept about that area in which you are facing problems is clear then retry the problem, sometime what happens that you to just check out the concept again, may be this time it gets more clearer than before. Again if you unable to make it out then obviously you have to ask your subject teacher. May be that question a new concept to solve. Now from your question I am assuming that you will appear for JEE.

Physical Chemistry is considered to be the easiest branch of JEE and very scoring as mainly formula-based questions pop up. Regular revision of the same along with re-reads will help in retaining them.
Organic chemistry can be easily mastered if conceptual clarity is gained. Tricks to learn element series, and reactivity series will make your life much easier.
Regular practice becomes important as the syllabus covered in the same is vast. Solving past years and giving regular mocks while keeping a tab on your score will definitely help you work on your weak spots.
