If a candidate does not secure a seat in the first round of the UP BEd JEE counselling process, they can participate in next round of the counselling. The Seat allotment in the UPO BEd JEE exam after counselling process is based on candidate's rank, colleges preferences, and seats availability. Candidates with higher ranks are given preference in seat allocation. Once a seat is allotted, candidates must confirm their acceptance by paying the admission fee. Failure to do so within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the allotted seat.

Yes, an OBC NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate signed by the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) is generally valid for JEE counseling, provided it meets the requirements specified by the exam conducting body. The certificate should be issued on the prescribed format, and it must clearly state that the candidate belongs to the OBC NCL category and is eligible for the benefits associated with it. Qualification for JEE Main is not a compulsion to attend a counselling session. Anyone who has taken JEE Main will be entitled to appear for counselling, despite the fact that he/she may or may not achieve the required cutoff ranks. Furthermore, if students are unable to gain admission to IIIT Bhagalpur through JEE Mains, there are other better options available, such as DTU, IIITs, and others, where they can enroll for BTech courses. If the candidate does not meet the JEE Advanced cutoff then the candidates can try through JEE Main cutoff. You can contact official to the JoSAA and nodal officer or there is awaiting certificate form you can fill and submit it for result delay.There is result awaiting form on which it is mentioned that:You result is not published you are filling the awaiting form for this.You are taking oath that If any think found fault in result i.e. less then 75% for OBC/general and less then 65% SC/ST then you admission will cancel.Admission is done on your risk and no one is responsible for any issue.

The JoSAA counselling is free of charge for candidates. They have to pay no fee to get registered for counselling. However, after the seat confirmation, candidates have to pay a certain amount for confirmation of admission. After the admission process is completed, the given amount will be added to the semester fees of the candidate. The amount for seat confirmation differs from category to category: General and OBC Category: INR 35,000.
