No, you cannot replace your computer Science marks with physical education marks to fulfill the eligibility criteria for JEE. Yes, you are still eligible to take the JEE Main exam, even if you belong to the general category and have scored less than 75% in your 12th board exams. However, there are some key points to consider: Eligibility Criteria for JEE Main: 1. Age Limit: Candidates must be born on or after October 1, 1999 (for the 2024 exam).  2. Qualifying Exam: You should have passed your 12th board exam or an equivalent examination in 2022 or 2023. If you are appearing in 2024, you are also eligible to appear for JEE Main.  3. Minimum Marks Requirement (for JEE Advanced Eligibility): To be eligible for JEE Advanced, candidates must secure at least 75% aggregate marks in their 12th exam (or be in the top 20 percentile of their board exam). However, for taking the JEE Main exam itself, there is no minimum percentage requirement. You can still appear for the exam, regardless of your 12th marks, as long as you meet the basic eligibility criteria (age and exam type).    So, while your 12th board percentage may affect your eligibility for JEE Advanced or admission to some institutes, it does not prevent you from sitting for JEE Main. If you plan to pursue admission through JEE Main, you can proceed to apply, and based on your performance, you can seek admission to various National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and other centrally funded technical institutions. 

If you match the qualifying requirements, you can take the JEE Mains in 2026 after finishing your NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) exams.
