You have indeed received good percentile in IIT JEE Mains examination. However your 50% in class 12th may put some restrictions on your getting admission to many colleges across India government or private or both. However to help you I am attaching a link that will predict college for you based on your percentile. If you are not satisfied with this I would strongly recommend you to appear once again for examination that is being conducted in the month of April. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.

Firstly, heartiest congratulations on your performance in JEE Mains. Score of almost 95 percentile is indeed great. I am sure with this you are bound to get admission in NIT. Now, about being eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. The AIR will be declared by NTA only after they conduct second set of JEE Mains in the month of April. Along with this list of candidates eligible to appear for JEE Advanced will also be announced. Best wishes to you.

I feel this is enough for scoring 60+ but you must be completely known with these books and the questions in it. Moreover, there are many big books for reference, if you are gonna write this year you won't be able to complete atleast half of those books of RD Sharma, etc. Well, these are very good for reference.
Good luck.

Based on the official information by MHRE, JEE Main is applicable for admission to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs participating though Central Seat Allocation Board subject to the condition that the candidate should have secured at least 75% marks in class 12th examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the class 12th examination conducted by the respective Boards. For SC/ST candidates the qualifying marks would be 65% in the class 12th examination.
If you are talking about class 12th board, then there will not be any chance as per the latest criteria.
You can try some other state level exams. All the best.
