Yes, you are eligible. Though you have to take admission in college, which doesn't take admission through JEE. Private college is your option get the one the best. All the best.

He won't get NITs if you're from general category. Though can get some of the GFTIs.

No, this is not possible in any of the rounds for CSE as the competition is high, accompanied by your relatively low ranking for the position. You should try for non-technical branches for SIT, Pune or probably need to change your college preference.

To qualify for giving JEE Advanced exam, you need to have 75% marks aggregate in class 12th, then only you will be eligible for appearing in the exam. Thank you.

Hi, 24 is not a good score in JEE Mains but if you compare your score with others in your city it may be approximately same. With your score, you can surely get an engineering college. Don't expect NITs or other government colleges, but you can get a decent college in your own city or maybe of your state. It's all relative so you don't need to worry much. First, fill JoSAA application form and also the form of your state counselling. There are also some private colleges which offer admission through JEE Mains. That would be also from Rajasthan if you have substantial proof of your residing in Rajasthan namely Domicile Certificate, Electricity Bill, Water Bill.

It depends on your score, if you get above 100 score in JEE Mains and percentile below 75, you will get admission in NITs, but you can't attend JEE advance, because it needs above 75% in class 12th. Or your category basis.
