Yes, Shiv Nadar University, Greater Noida takes admission on the basis of class 12th marks and JEE Mains common category rank.

The eligibility to get admission into any of the NITs, IITs, IIITs and GFTIs is to score at least 75% in HS board exams if you belong to general category. If you belong to SC/ST or any other reserved categories, then you need to score at least 65%.
It is also essential to have good score like 200+in JEE Mains to get a seat in good college.

You will have to quit your course in B.Sc and appear for the JEE Advanced. Once you clear the JEE Advanced you would have to appear for the JEE Mains. After completing these two stages, if you are placed in the merit list in the JEE Mains you would qualify for JEE Mains counselling. Good luck!

It is done on the basis of all India and category rank that you have obtained in JEE Mains.

Kapilan, LPU used to participate in JEE counselling but now it doesn't participate in it. But it does give admission on basis of JEE marks.

I request you to clarify your rank and the reason as to why you want to wait for 2nd round and whether you are getting something in first round or not.

You can easily get CSE in UIET. You won't get any branch in PEC.
