Hi Arawin, I would advise you to take admission in Lovely Professional University which is one of the best and premium institute of India for School of Architecture. He Eligibility Criteria for B.Arch is - 60% in 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics ( and also 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) + NATA 2020 / JEE Main (Paper-II) or State Level Test (as/ if allowed by statutory body for 2020-21)

Candidates are required to either be within the category-wise top 20th percentile of successful candidates in the Class XII Board Examination or secure a 75% mark (65% for SC, ST and PwD
Candidates should be less than 25 years of age, with five-year relaxation for SC, ST, and PwD candidates. Candidates can attempt examination at most two times in two consecutive years. Candidates should have qualified the Class XII Board Examination (or equivalent) in the previous year. Candidates should not have accepted admission in any of the IIT earlier.

If the upcoming exam is cancelled there most probably they would consider only JEE Main january and Hi might think over putting some weightage to intermediate marks but cancelling is not going to happen mostly as even JEE Advanced also must conducted or they might go online.
